Home made pizza



Ingredients pizza dough

225 gram whole wheat flour
75 gram griesmeel flour
2 bags of yeast
4 spoons of olive oil
1 dl luke warm water
1 teaspoon of salt

Mix the yeast with the water and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Mix the 2 flours and the salt, make a tiny hole in the middle and slowly put the yeast mixture in while mixing. Add the oil. Mix the dough, add some water if needed.

Let it stand in a warm place and cover it with a wet towel for at least an hour.

The dough is enough for 2 pizza's.

Add stuff as wanted.

We put the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
