A job really worth your while is making your own lasagna sheets. The taste is so much better. Mix all ingredients together and start rolling, then cut them with the roller (see picture). I let them dry for a couple of hours. If they are all dried out, you can store them and use them whenever you want.
Recipe:
200 gr whole wheat flour
2 eggs
Pinch salt
Dash of olive oil
If it’s to dry, some water.
