Making and eating my first Guacamole



Cut avocados in half and remove the stone. Scoop the avocodo flesh in the blender and blend until almost smooth (not too long). Put into a bowl and stir in the lime juice. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and chilli pepper and stir will. Stir in tomatoes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!

Recipe:

2 ripe avocados
1 union finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 chilli pepper
juice of 1/2 lime
salt and pepper
