A good way to start your day.
Recipe:
1 ripe mango
1 lime (juice)
2 orange (juice)
4 teaspoons fructose
2dl non fat yoghurt
2dl non fat milk
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and the lime, mix it with the yoghurt, milk, fructose and add the blended mango. Blend all of them one more time, and drink!
