Recipe:
100 ml soy sauce
100 ml agave
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 red chilli
1/2 teaspoon of bruised aniseed
Put everything in a pan and make it boil for 10 minutes until it get's a little bit more syrupy.
Then sieve, let it cool down and keep it in the fridge.
