Red Fruits jam


Recipe:
800 ml water
1 bag of Agar Agar
1100 gram of strawberries, raspberries, currents
Fructose (whatever you prefer)

Boil the water with the Agar Agar then put the red fruits in. I chopped the fruits in the food processor. After put them in jars. You can keep it fresh for a long time if you keep it in the fridge.

Also great to use for a pie or in some yoghurt.
