Stoofperen (translation: Braised Pears)


There are not a lot of real Dutch recipes but is one is so good.

Recipe:


1,5 kilo of pears
80 gr fructose
a bit of lemon juice
1 tiny bottle (250ml) of berry juice
2 cinnamon sticks
water



Cut the pears in parts (1/4) and wash them.
Put everything in a pan. The pears must be (almost) under water.
Cook them for 30 minutes. Done.
Their best if you eat them instead of your vegetables and lukewarm.
