Recipe:
125 g unsalted butter
100 g fructose
4 tbsp agave
325 g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp ground ginger
Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.
Melt the butter, fructose and agave in a pan, stirring and then remove it from the heat.
Mix the flour, baking soda and ginger in a bowl and stir the melted ingredients into the dry ingredients.
If the dough is to dry, add water.
Bake them 10 minutes in the oven.
These are warm out of the oven so I didn’t gave them faces.
But if you feel artistic, let yourself go with these cookies.
(I just eat them all)
