Tomato chutney



Ingredients
1,8 kilo tomatoes
1 paprika
2 cm ginger
3 garlic
350 g fructose
250 ml raspberry vinegar
2 unions
12 prunes
1 thee cinnamon
1 thee nutmeg
2 cloves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
little bit of  paprika powder
1 spoon of  masala

Boil the tomatoes and the paprika in the water for 3 minutes and peel the tomatoes.
Chop the tomatoes, paprika, garlic, unions in the food processor.
Mix everything in a pan and boil until it's thick.
