Eggs 1970s style

I wanted to be nostalgic so I made these filled eggs.
Boil the eggs and cut them in half.
Remove the yolk and put it in a bowl together with some shrimps,
mayonnaise, pepper/salt/curry and fresh herbs.
Mix it and put it back into the eggs. Jummie
