The Grand Palace is a large garden filled with buildings. The buildings are beautiful but unfortunately you cannot enter them. Also, do not fall for the Tuktuk scam. If you want to enter the Grand Palace, people who work there will tell you, you cannot enter but this is not true, just go ahead and enter anyway.
