In our garden we have a currant tree. Every year in July we strip it and get about 1,5 kilos of currants of the tree. When you boil it with sugar (or fructose) and then bottle it up, you have your own home made jelly.
Recipe:
800 gr fructose
1 kilo fruit
Wash the fruit and put it in a pan together with the fructose. Bowl it for a few minutes and then pour it into your jars.
