If you want to have a Low Gi bonbon which is made from fruits just mix smashed figs, lemon peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. Roll the whole thing and slice it up into big bonbons. Quite nice, who would of thought!
Recipe:
200 gr figs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt
Mix everything up in a blender, roll it in plastic film and then slice it.
