Fruit carpaccio


Yes, it's as sweet as it looks. Just make slices of oranges, grapefruit and mandarins and put some Greek yoghurt in the middle.
Then warm up some juice with agave syrup and poor it over the plate.
For the final touch just sprinkle it with hazelnuts. Jummie!

Recipe:

1 grapefruit
2 oranges
4 mandrel
150 ml 0% Greek yoghurt
4 tb agave syrup
2 tb  hazelnuts

Cut the grapefruit, oranges and mandrels in slices. Catch the juice and heat it with the syrup. Stir the yoghurt until is smooth then put it over the slices, pour the syrup over it and sprinkle them with the hazelnuts.
