Low GI Lemon Cupcakes


These are Whole wheat lemon cupcakes. A Montignac recipe. I ate 6 of them with a cup of tea. Don’t know if that’s the way to diet but they were worth it.

Recipe:

150 gr fructose
180 gr dairy butter
1,5 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 lemon zests
4 eggs
180 gr whole wheat flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder

Mix everything together and pour it the tin. Pre-heat the oven on 190 degrees Celsius and leave the cupcakes in for about 18-20 minutes.
