A healthy way to have your cake and eat it too! Make a Montignac whole wheat lemon cake and serve it with some tea (green tea with rosemary and fructose). Jummy.
Recipe:
150 gr fructose
180 gr dairy butter
1,5 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 lemon zests
4 eggs
180 gr whole wheat flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
Mix everything together and pour it the tin. Pre-heat the oven on 150 degrees Celsius and leave the cake in for about 60 minutes.
