Toffees


When I had the day off and there was nothing sweet to eat, I got up and started baking.
These are toffees, vanilla and chocolate.
They are made of whipped cream, butter and fructose and they are like 1200 kcal for the whole plate but they are so good!


Recipe:

200 gr fructose
4 tb whipped cream (not whipped yet)
25 gr dairy butter
Cocoa

Put the fructose, dairy butter and the cream in a pan and cook it for 5 minutes until it drops of your wooden spoon very slowly. Let it drop on some baking paper and after it has cooled down for a bit make little round balls from them. Then put them in the fridge for a while.
