Wool woven 1970s pillow

We really like Panton designs but to get a actual Panton pillow we had to buy one in the The States and we could not afford it at that time. So I bought wool and special canvas at a wool store in my home town and got started. We took a design we really liked and draw it on the special pillow making canvas. Then just insert the wool with a hook. It took me a whole week so when my husband said, it looks fantastic, let’s make our own carpet, I really did not want to do it. My hands were numb. But the effect was magnificent. I bought a piece of real 1970s fabric at a store for the backside of the pillow and after 10 years, I still really love it.
