Figs with goatcheese


A new recipe from my cook book. Figs with goat cheese from the oven. After you take it out of the oven, just pour some syrup and pepper over the dish. Great taste but don’t burn your tongue!

Recipe:

100 gr soft goat cheese
6 ripe fresh figs
Black pepper
1 tb agave syrup

Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Grease the dish and put the figs in. The cheese goes in the figs. Put it in the oven for 6-8 minutes and after it comes out of the oven, put some pepper and agave syrup over the dish.
