Making your own tagliatelle



Recipe:

200 gr whole wheat flour
2 eggs
Pinch salt
Dash of olive oil
If it’s to dry, some water.

Mold until the dough is flexible.
The dough through the pasta maker.
Let it dry in the air or;
Boil the water and put the pasta into the pan.
Make it boil again for a few minutes and drain the tagliatelle.
