Recipe:
2 unions
1 leek
1 chilly
1 clove garlic
150 gr ham
4 eggs
200 gr crème fraiche
200 gr grated cheese
Pepper/salt
Herbs de Provence
Olive oil
Pre head the oven at 190 degrees.
Butter the scale with the olive oil.
Mix the unions, leek, garlic, chilly and ham in a bowl and cover the bottom of the scale with it.
Whip the eggs together with the crème fraiche, cheese and herbs and pour it over the other mixture.
Put the scale in the oven for about 25 minutes.
