Recipe:
500 gr spaghetti
2 courgettes in slices of ½ cm
Baking butter
1 clove of garlic
10 leaves of sage
1 pack of soy meat substitutes
150 gr of pecorino cheese
Boil the spaghetti.
Cut the courgettes, put them on some paper towels and sprinkle them with pepper and salt.
Then bake them a pan with the backing butter, put them on a plate.
Bake the garlic, sage and the soy meat substitutes in the same pan as you used for the courgettes and bake it together.
Before you serve the dish, sprinkle it with pecorino cheese.
