Ingredients
1 spoon of peanutbutter
1/2 chocolat bar
2 bananas
400 gr whipped cream
125 gr creme fraise
50 gr fructose
some vanilla
Whip the cream with the fructose. Then add the creme fraise and spoon this through.
Blend the bananas and chop the chocolat in tiny pieces.
Then mix all the ingredients and put in the freezer.
