Brownies


Jummie, tea time!

  100 gram flour
25 gram unsweetened chocolate powder
1 small bag of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 big eggs
125 gram of butter (room temperature)
175 gram of fructose

Sieve the flour and the chocolate powder and put it in a bowl.
Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder and the salt.
Mix everything together.

Mix the eggs, butter and sugar in the food processor until you have a equal thick batter. Then add the flour. You can add nuts, if you want to.

Put in a tin and bake for 23 minutes
