1 bag of yeast
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
30 gr fructose
75 gr butter
50 gr raisons
2 eggs
2 spoons buttermilk
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Mix the flour, yeast and fructose. Add the butter until the mix is crumbly. Add the raisons, 1 beaten egg and the butter milk.
Roll the 1,5 cm and press out circles. Strike them with some egg.
Bake them in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
