Try to nip a shopaholic in the bud

When I was a young girl my mum always told me, “Baby, it’s a shame you spend all your money on magazines and other strange stuff, try to save your money and buy something big at the end.” Well we just had different views on the world, let’s keep it at that. But my mum tried anyway and bought me a super cool note book so I could start my own cash book. I loved it. And even do I hated to admit it, when I looked at the list a month after, I really knew I did not need all those strange things I bought. But you know, still at this moment, when I start shopping, I really think I need those strange things! As a good little Becky Bloomwood!
