Grilled Mango with Hot Peper dip


A yummy Low-Gi recipe. Grill some slices of mango and make a dip from Greek yoghurt, pepper, salt, vanilla extract and fresh grind red pepper.

Recipe:

1 red chili fresh
450 ml 0% Greek yoghurt
4 tb of fresh mint leaves
3 ready to eat mango’s

Mix the chili, yoghurt, fresh leaves and some pepper/salt together.
Grill the mango and put them on a plate.
