Comfort food but without the sugar. Jummie.
Recipe:
100 gr. Sushi rice
60 ml low fat milk
200 ml coconut milk
pinch of cardamon
Wash the rice and put it in a pan with the milk, 100 ml of coconut milk and a pinch of cardamon.
Cook it for 5 minutes then after you put in the rest of the coconut milk, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
