Baking whole wheat bread in the Magimix

The Magimix is amazing! With all the accessoires you can make almost everything. I also got the bread making set. Just pop in the following and bake for a couple of minutes. Serving fresh bread within an hour.

Ingredients and to do:
500 gr Flour
2 theespoons salt
1 theespoons fructose

Mix in the magimix

Dissolve 2 bags of yeast in 300 ml lukewarm water and add to the magimix. Stop the magimix and let it rest for 30 minutes. After push 3/4 times on pulse.

Get it out of the magimix and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
